BONUS: Midnight Flow at Flow Yoga Center
Schedule varies.
It’s worth keeping tabs on Flow Yoga’s midnight flow class. It’s not offered regularly, but when it is, yogis are treated to three hours of yoga and dancing. The class is often taught by a visiting instructor and set to music. It usually begins around 9:30 PM and lasts until midnight.
