Spotted: Carlos Santana Dines at Paolo’s in Georgetown

Carlos Santana poses at Paolo's with executive chef Giovanni Carlo.

We have a longtime love for the minestrone soup at Paolo’s Ristorante, so it’s nice to see the homey dish get celebrity approval. May we suggest the tortellini rose for a follow-up visit?
