Take a Look Inside This Insta-Friendly New Nail Salon in Ballston

Ballston’s new nail and waxing salon, Coatroom, opens Friday, bringing a heavily branded experience (a la SoulCycle and Drybar) into the realm of nail bars. The 1,350-square-foot space will offer clients a selection from over 800 nail polishes before they settle in at a custom glass manicure table or at one of eight pedicure stations, where they’ll soak their feed in a shea butter bomb bath.

In keeping with the times, the salon also hosts a revolving “mani selfie” backdrop where patrons can snap an Insta-ready pic of their new nails. And, in an unexpected twist, Coatroom is also publishing its own “Mani Magazine” which will update salon-goers on trends and offer ideas on girl’s night out in Arlington.

Coatroom is now open at 850 N. Randolph St. Suite 101, Arlington. Take a peek inside below before you go visit in person.
