MM. LaFleur is Bringing a Pop-Up Shop to Washington Once Again

If you’ve fallen in love with how stupid easy MM. LaFleur makes dressing for work, you’re in luck: the womenswear brand is bringing yet another pop-up to Washington so you can trade your Bento Box for some in-person try ons.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that MM. LaFleur is back in the District—for one thing, this will be their eighth pop-up in DC, and for another, the brand’s founder Sarah LaFleur told Washingtonian in 2014 that DC is their second biggest market after New York. We also aren’t shocked that MM. LaFleur does well in DC, considering how Washington women are constantly on the hunt for stylish, well-fitted workwear that they can throw on without too much thought before getting back to their busy, lady-boss lives.

While MM. LaFleur still hasn’t confirmed plans to open a brick and mortar—something LaFleur hinted at back in 2014—the fact that they’re already returning for another pop-up after their visit in March of this year has to be a good sign for fans of the retailer, as brands often like to test markets before investing in retail space.

The upcoming MM. LaFleur pop-up will take place June 15 through 23 at The Jefferson, 1200 16th St., NW. Shoppers can set up a one-on-one consultation with an MM. LaFleur stylist, during which they’ll walk you through a dressing room filled with clothing hand-picked for you while you sip a glass of gratis wine. To set up an appointment, fill out the form on MM. LaFleur’s website.
