If you love Halloween then you’re probably pretty stoked about the costume you’ve got picked out and ready to go—whether it be an attention-grabbing sexy lobster get up or a more topical Hillary Clinton outfit.

Regardless of what you’ve got planned, we are afraid to inform you that these DC-area dogs already have you beat. Because no matter how adorable you think you are in your “I’m a Mouse Duh” t-shirt and animal ears, nothing is cuter than a dog in costume. Take a look below for a few of our faves.

These reigning champs.

Sebastian and Luna are champions of doggy costumes, so we’d of course expect to bring it when it comes to Halloween.

This snarky dragon.

Me: Ok, now make a noise like a dinosaur. Conan: No. Me: Come on. It'll be funny. Conan: For who? Me: Well, me mostly. Conan: This is so degrading. Me: Come on. Just one roar. Get into the character. Conan: No. This is humiliating. Me: Look, if it'll make you feel better I'll put a costume on too. Conan: I thought you already did. Me: What? No. I'm just in my regular clothes. What did you think I was dressed up as? Conan: A son of a bitch.
