Yeah, mine... http://urbanplacesandspaces.blogspot.com. I wouldn't call it a "real estate" blog, although many RE blogs do link to it, it's about urban design and placemaking--making a great city.

I don't know if anyone did research on this but that DCGentrification site has not been updated in over a year now. I wouldn't use it as a resource right now.
