Home Hunt

Searching for a rental? Every Thursday, Home Hunt scours listings for apartments and homes for rent and runs photos of intriguing prospects. This week, we found a spacious four-bedroom townhouse in Leesburg.

Built in 2007, this four-bedroom, four-bath townhouse is part of a new development near the Leesburg Outlets. With almost 3,000 square feet of space, it has a two-car garage, nine-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a custom-installed 38-inch LCD television. The kitchen has cherry cabinets and dark granite countertops. The main living space, which has an open floor plan that incorporates the kitchen and dining area, has hardwood floors and features crown molding and a dark accent wall.

Price: $2,490 a month
