What would a women-friendly sports bar be without a “titillating” wine list? Don’t you worry your pretty little heads about that, ladies. We have obtained some new details about Bracket Room, the forthcoming spot from Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad 3 baddie Chris Bukowski, and stimulating reds and whites are promised. There are also “edgy” cocktails and a dizzying 64 featured shooters at the restaurant replacing Burapa Thai at 1210 North Garfield Street in Clarendon.

At both brunch and dinner, guests will be invited to “get sauced” on 15 different dipping condiments, two of which come complimentary with most meals. There is a secret sauce—the details will not be disclosed—and exotic fruit dip with “sweet mango flavors.” Honey mustard combines Dijon and a “clover-honey remix.” Since the start of this adventure, Bukowski has promised healthy options geared toward the fairer sex, and, indeed, the menu lists light dishes such as a romaine and kale Caesar salad, a “bachelor’s superfruits plate,” and black grouper ceviche. But there is heavier stuff, too: rosemary-marinated lamb lollipops with hummus, culotte steak frites, chicken wings in sweet barbecue and Buffalo sauces, and mac and cheese.

Brunch beverages include Chris’s Hangover Cure, made from pineapple and carrot juices squeezed at nearby South Block Cafe, plus cayenne, ginger, gluten-free vodka, and paprika on top. Bracket Room will also collaborate with neighbor Pie Sisters—look out for chicken pot and barbecue pork pies and an apple pie in a jar served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Wash that down with People Water, a product from fellow Bachelorette contestant Jef Holm that gives water to people in need whenever you buy a bottle.

Bracket Room is due to open in August.
