The best part of Cinco de Mayo? Why, permission to drink as many margaritas as you like, of course. Learn how to make a great one with this video recipe from the folks at Oyamel below. Salt Air 1 cup Water 2 tablespoons salt ½ cup Lime juice 1 teaspoon of Soy Lecithin
Margarita 1 ½ oz. Jose Cuervo Traditional 1 oz. Cointreu 2 oz . Fresh Lime Juice Salt Air
Salt Air Preparation: Combine salt air ingredients into a large open container and blend using an immersion blender until a light foam forms. Set aside.
Margarita Preparation: Combine the margarita ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Re-whip the salt air if necessary to build up more foam. Using a large spoon, gently pick up only the foam, no liquid, and place foam on top of the drink.
