This Georgian-style home in DC’s Berkley neighborhood was built in 1935 and recently renovated. The grand foyer has a spiral staircase and white tile flooring with black inlays. The rest of the house has hardwood floors. The living room has dental molding and a fireplace, and the nearby library has lots of built-in shelves and access to the covered veranda. In the kitchen, there’s a long central island, double ovens, a large stainless-steel refrigerator, and two sinks. The master bedroom has a fireplace and separate his-and-her bathrooms. There’s also a wine room, sauna, swimming pool, and boxwood garden.
