AnthomLive Pop-Up Shop
Just what we’ve been waiting for: a first shot at shopping at awesome local e-tailer Anthom, live and in person! Head to L2 Lounge in Georgetown for the e-store’s inaugural pop-up, where the complete inventory will be on sale, including cool-kid finds from area artists, emerging designers, and exclusive capsule collections. Wednesday 6 to 9 PM. 3315 Cady’s Alley, NW. RSVP to anthomlive@shopanthom.com.

Worn Creative & 1776’s Creative Capitol
Worn Creative and startup hub 1776 host a mix-and-mingle party meant to connect creative types (think designers, bloggers, photogs and artists) to business brains (like CEOs, founders and entrepreneurs) in an effort to bolster our city’s creative output. This sure-to-be-stylish event maxed out so quickly that it was moved to a larger venue. Choose “Expanded Venue-Attendee” on Eventbrite to snag your spot. Wednesday 6 to 9 PM. U Street Music Hall, 645 Florida Ave., Northwest.

Bonobos Guideshop & Numari’s His + Hers Summer Soiree
A perfect pairing of (usually) online-only shopping, the locally based made-to-measure womenswear label Numari teams up with national menswear line Bonobos for a pop-up shopping event at the latter’s Georgetown showroom. Customers will score a 15 percent discount on buys from both brands during the event, plus bubbly and styling tips. Thursday 6 to 9 PM. 3320 Cady’s Alley, NW. RSVP to events@numari.com.

Spanx Star Power Event with Liz Fassbender
Local style blogger Liz Fassbender of So Much to Smile About hosts a shapewear event celebrating the launch of Spanx’s new Star Power collection. See the new line, get “insta-glammed” with a styling team and Lancome cosmetics, sip Sparkling Ice’s zero-calorie beverages, and enter to win a $500 Spanx wardrobe, then leave with a Spanx swag bag. Thursday 5:30 to 7:30. Macy’s lingerie department, 1201 G St., NW. RSVP at Eventbrite.

Bloomingdale’s Fashionable Fundraiser
Shop for a cause at Bloomingdale’s this Thursday and Friday in support of the department store’s pledge to donate $75,000 to Amfar, the Foundation for AIDS Research. Shoppers get 15 percent off selected items or 20 percent off when they spend more than $300 on their store card. On Thursday, play the store’s Fashion-Finder carnival-inspired claw game, which will be filled with Bloomie’s gift cards and other stylish prizes. Thursday and Friday, all Bloomingdale’s stores and website.

529 Kids Consign Back-to-School Event
To get the kiddos ready to head back to the classroom, Old Town consignment boutique 529 Kids Consign offers 20 percent discounts on summer duds on Friday morning, plus the chance to shop a special selection of Little Choux’s bento boxes, lunch bags, and backpacks. You’ll snag a free reusable snack bag when you make a purchase. Plus Rashmi Pappu Photography will be in store for a mini photo sesh, offering special pricing on prints of your little ones. Friday 10 to noon. 122 A. South Royal St., Alexandria. RSVP to megan@529kidsconsign.com.

Sassanova’s Back-to-School Shoe Bonanza
And if you still aren’t completely stocked on new-school-year goodies, swing by Sassanova’s Bethesda Row store to shop shoes, do some crafting with Kidville, and snack on delish treats from Captain Cookie & the Milkman’s cookie truck. Saturday 10 to 3. 7134 Bethesda La., Bethesda.
