You may not think of quiet Arlington neighborhood Crystal City as a fashion destination, but its annual Crystal Couture event brings together countless Washington-based brands, boutiques, and vintage collectives for five days of local shopping, including major discounts. This Bethesda salon’s quarterly treatment day takes place this Wednesday, when experts from natural hair-care brand Phyto visit to perform complimentary scalp analyses and custom conditioning treatments.
