Bride with Style: A Blue Vintage Wedding Dress

Welcome to Bride With Style—An occasional feature where we showcase impeccable sartorial wedding decisions, then show you how to get the look.

Who says “something blue” can’t be the whole dress? For her elopement photo session, this Utah bride donned a 70s-style vintage frock and casually stuck a few flowers behind her Farrah Fawcett curls. The whole look is utter boho-loveliness.

What a welcome change from strappy satin sandals. We salute stylist Kami Christensen for her ability to push the boundaries of traditional wedding wear in such a graceful and interesting way, and applaud photographer Jill Thomas (formerly of DC) for the beautiful shots.
