The Prettiest Way to Ring in Cherry Blossom Season

Have the trees put you in the mood to get engaged? We have just the right ring.

While we’ve had a dramatic turn of events in the weather world (uhh, wasn’t it snowing two weeks ago?) we couldn’t be happier that spring has finally sprung. Which, in DC, means one thing: the reemergence of the cherry blossoms, which dot the city with romantic pops of pink. If you love them like we do—and if you tend to think about everlasting love the way we do here at Bridal Party—then we’ve found you the perfect engagement ring to forever capture the season.

The Sakura (which means “cherry blossom” in Japanese) diamond ring from KiraKira by Suz Somersall captures all the best parts of getting engaged in the springtime. The flower pattern mimics the cherry blossoms, which Somersall came to love when living in Japan for several years while her husband was serving in the Marines. A 1.5-carat center diamond is surrounded by “petals” of pavé diamonds and a 0.25-carat diamond band, for a 3.60 total carat weight.

Sakura engagement ring, $10,500, exclusively at Ginger Boutique, 7114 Bethesda Lane, Bethesda; 301-664-9242.
