Real Wedding: Rebecca and Micah

Hundreds of corks served as decor for this couple’s vineyard-inspired nuptials.

When Rebecca St. George was introduced to Micah Horgen through mutual friends, she instantly thought, “I’m going to marry that handsome boy.” Micah, a bank manager, apparently had similar ideas and quickly asked her out on a date. Turns out their first impressions were correct—a bit less than two years later Micah took Rebecca to Bluemont Vineyards and proposed on a hill overlooking the Virginia countryside. “I was wearing the purple peacoat I wore on our first date,” says Rebecca, a nurse. “After saying a million wonderful things he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.” A vineyard-inspired wedding followed on July 27, 2013.
