MOVIES: The 25th Annual FilmFest DC begins today and runs through April 17, showcasing the best of international cinema at five theaters around town. Highlights include this year’s winner of the Audience Award at Sundance, Circumstance, which follows the relationship between two Iranian teenage girls, and The Names of Love, a politically tinged romantic comedy from France.
