Friday, December 17
Help your fiance channel his inner Don Draper by picking up a pima cotton pocket square at Wink’s Robert Redd trunk show. The designer’s knit shirts and other accessories are also on display. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. 11 to 3.

Evelyn Brooks is hosting a jewelry trunk show at the Mandarin Oriental, offering dramatic pieces that will make a statement as you walk down the aisle. Every attendee will receive a free good-luck charm, which can’t hurt with the big day on the horizon. 5 to 7.

For a holiday-themed date with your husband-to-be, head to National Harbor, where a fireworks display is lighting up the Potomac. There’ll also be live entertainment, mini-cupcake decorating, hot chocolate, complimentary massages, and other special offers from retailers and restaurants. 6 to 9, fireworks begin at 8.

Saturday, December 18
Local jewelry designer Nora Fischer has created many of her hand-made pieces with brides in mind. Her collection will be in a trunk show at Carbon from 1 to 4.

Sunday, December 19
MiShi Artisan Jewelry is hosting a holiday trunk show at Design Studio Gallery (5702 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville). The locally crafted designs make unique bridesmaid gifts, and most items are less than $30. 10 to 5.

Tuesday, December 21
For creative wedding gifts, try the Washington Project for the Arts’ (2023 Massachusetts Ave., NW) Icebox Holiday Shopping Event. You can pick out items such as tote bags, stationary, household goods, and works of art—all made by local artists. 6:30 to 8:30.
