Looking for musicians to play at your reception? Gracenotes Chamber Music holds a free reception in Fairfax showcasing its violin-and-guitar ensemble. Also learn about Gracenotes’ other music groups, which include a string quartet, a flute-and-strings trio, and a trumpet-and-strings ensemble. Today through June 20, Betsy Robinson’s Bridal Collection in Baltimore showcases the latest bridal and bridesmaid collections from Watters & Watters as well as jewelry and accessories by Thomas Knoell. Knoell will be in the store Friday and Saturday to help brides pick out the perfect items for their event. Friday 11 to 6, Saturday 10 to 5, and Sunday noon to 4. Meant for people who already know their way around a letterpress, this class helps brides create stunning homemade invitations for their big day. $200 per person; click here to reserve your spot.

Sponsored by Virginia Bride Magazine and now in its eighth year, the Greater Virginia Bridal Show at the Hospitality House Hotel in Fredericksburg will spotlight area wedding vendors through demonstrations and dinner-and-dessert tastings. You can also win prizes, such as an all-expenses-paid honeymoon to a tropical beach resort, and the first 100 brides to arrive will receive a special gift. $7.
