What I Wear to Work: The Accessories Edition

Because your office outfit doesn’t end with a cardigan.

Since we first published the column in March, What I Wear to Work has filled our Wednesdays with more office outfit inspiration than we know what to do with. From a strait-laced Deloitter with a penchant for bright colors to the dude we still think of as the most fashion-forward man in Washington, the column has been our delightfully gratifying attempt to prove that office style in a city supposedly obsessed with work isn’t as dull and dreary as the rest of the country makes it out to be.

We do have one major What I Wear to Work regret, though: There’s been no focus on the accessories that so often help take an outfit to the next level. Especially in more conservative environments, shoes, necklaces, bags, and, bracelets are the number one way we Washingtonians let our personalities shine through. So we combed through the What I Wear to Work archives to bring you the best accessory shots we didn’t show you the first time around. Bag stalkers and arm-party lovers, this one’s for you.
