WHERE THEY GOT ENGAGED: On the waterfront in Annapolis. WEDDING COCKTAIL: Vernor's ginger ale and bourbon. WEDDING CAKE: Carrot cake, red velvet, double chocolate mocha, and vanilla cupcakes. WEDDING FLOWERS: Cymbidium, dendrobium orchids, spider mums, lisianthus, hydrangea, garden roses, and ranunculus. FAVORITE WEDDING DETAIL: The two Eastern Shore oystermen who tended the raw bar.
