Fashionistas flocked to Clarendon’s South Moon Under for the Washingtonian December issue launch party and Rebecca Minkoff trunk show on Thursday, December 4. Attendees were greeted with cocktails and branded miniature cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake. Guests could shop ’til they dropped with a 20-percent discount on all purchases.
