On August 5, Pacers Running will celebrate their new shop on 14th Street, leaving their previous residence of five years at 14th and P Street for a larger Logan Circle address at 14th and S Street. The new address sets the store directly across the street from Ted’s Bulletin in the retail space previously filled by South Asian furniture and clothing boutique Muleh.

Pacers Running has been supplying the District with running apparel and accessories since 1991, and this month, they plan to add a sixth store to their lineup with a new location at Navy Yard this fall. The store will occupy a space in the Boilermaker Shops retail strip, alongside the likes of Bluejacket Brewery and Hugh & Crye.

“We are excited to announce our expansion to Navy Year in the Boilermaker Shops,” said Kathy Dalby, Pacers Running CEO, in a press release. “For several years we have looked at options to service this great part of the city and are happy to now call Navy Yard home.”

The storefront expansion demonstrate’s the continued growth of the brand, which performs considerable community outreach through their training programs. The store hosts weekly fun runs, Wednesday morning workout sessions, and a series of timed races throughout the year.

The new 14th Street store is located at 1821 14th St., NW, and the Pacers Running at Navy Yard is slated to open in October at 300 Tingey St., SE. See photos inside the new 14th Street shop below.
