Fall Fantasies: The Flats You’ll Want to Wear Right Now

Ultra-chic ways to get a head start on the season.

We can’t be the only ones who are suddenly daydreaming about fall fashion in a major way. While it’s surely due in part to the fact that fall goodies have started trickling into stores, the ridiculously gorgeous weather certainly doesn’t hurt, either. But while the temps may have cooled a bit, we have lived here long enough to know that 1) It’s still not sweater weather, and 2) this won’t last, anyway. So while leather-sleeved jackets and cozy knits may still be off the table for a spell, there’s one fall thing we can indulge in pronto: shoes! Get a head start on autumnal styles with a flats refresh. Shiny metallic oxfords, bold leopard pointed-toe flats, snakeskin smoking slippers—they’re all equally yummy, and all just begging to be worn. Read on to peep the four styles we’re loving for the season. Hellooooooo, fall.
