Thursday, June 4: How to Get the Best Out of a Bridal Show
Feeling overwhelmed at bridal shows? Heavenly Events wedding-planning company is hosting a how-to seminar this Thursday aimed at helping couples navigate the sometimes-confusing waters of wedding planning. The class will offer tips on selecting the right vendors and organizing all of the information presented at bridal shows. Thursday, June 4: The Pros Wine & Cheese Bridal Showcase at the Waterford at Springfield
Learn more about commemorating your wedding at the Pros’ bridal showcase. The wedding/entertainment company will present its photography, video, and deejay services while couples snack on cheese and wine at the Waterford at Springfield wedding venue (6715 Commerce St., Springfield; 703-719-5700). Sunday, June 7: Virgina Bride magazine bridal show at the Fredricksburg Hospitality House
Wedding vendors in the greater Northern Virginia area are gathering for Virgina Bride magazine’s eighth annual bridal show event at the Fredricksburg Hospitality House (2801 Plank Rd., Fredricksburg; 540-786-8321). Meet with photographers, deejays, and other vendors to discuss ideas, sample food, and taste wedding cakes. The first 100 brides will receive a special gift, and there’ll also be door prizes, a bridal fashion show, and the chance to win a honeymoon to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, or Costa Rica.
